DDB Contracting has wrapped up a major New Jersey office and medical laboratory fit-out for Enzon Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company focused on cancer treatment, at their facility in Cranford, NJ.
The 90,000 square foot Enzon build-out included a full office fit out alongside lab modernization, with the scope covering space reconfiguration, new office and lab construction, updated finishes throughout, and accessibility upgrades to bring the facility up to current standards. Given the size and complexity of the space, the project required careful sequencing to keep operations running while construction progressed.
