DDB Contracting has completed a 100,000-square-foot office and warehouse fit-out for CH Briggs, one of the largest independently owned distributors of specialty building materials in the country.
Located in Lansdale, PA, the project was developed on behalf of Advance Realty and represents DDB’s continued strength in large-scale commercial fit-out across both office and industrial environments. The scope was primarily focused on warehousing and fabrication, with overhead crane installation and reinforced structural steel work forming the backbone of the build, alongside a smaller office area suited to CH Briggs’ day-to-day administrative needs.
