In an effort to expand their nation presence, DDB Contracting obtained their Florida State contractor’s license. This effort follows several projects DDB completed nationally throughout 2020 including a multi-state Hampton Inn Hotels project with the expectation of continuing this development moving forward.
The Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board awards Florida contractor’s licenses to proven qualified and competent companies that comply with state business regulations. This license is widely considered one of the most difficult to obtain nationwide, requiring the passing of 3 separate exams covering business and finance, contract administration, and project management.
