DDB Contracting has completed a 100,000 square foot corporate office renovation for Organon Pharmaceuticals‘ U.S. headquarters in Roseland, NJ.
Organon is a global pharmaceutical company, and this project called for a full renovation of their corporate headquarters while operations remained active on site. Delivering a corporate office renovation of this scale inside a working headquarters meant carefully sequencing every phase and coordinating construction around Organon’s daily operations rather than the other way around, all under tight time constraints.
Renovating an active workplace comes with a different set of demands than building in an empty space. The team worked out scheduling, access, and communication ahead of time, and stayed closely coordinated with Organon throughout so the renovation could move forward without pulling employees out of their day to day work. Every phase closed out with a thorough walkthrough before moving to the next, keeping quality consistent from start to finish.
“We’re proud to have delivered a renovation of this scale for a global pharmaceutical leader like Organon, especially within an active workplace and a demanding timeline,” said Edward Albanese, Founder of DDB Contracting. “Projects like this take real coordination and trust, and we’re grateful Organon put that trust in us.”
As DDB Contracting continues to take on large scale corporate renovation projects, the Organon headquarters stands as an example of the kind of work the company takes pride in: delivering complex projects without disrupting the people and operations already in motion, no matter the size or the timeline.
