Philadelphia Embassy Suites Renovation: Modernizing Guest Spaces
The renovation of the Philadelphia Embassy Suites Hotel, completed for Remington Hospitality, modernized key areas of the hotel to improve functionality, aesthetics, and guest experience. DDB upgraded the lobby, pool facilities, meeting rooms, ballroom, restrooms, and pre-function area of the Hilton hotel. These improvements created a refreshed and inviting environment.
Lobby and Space Reconfiguration
The team removed a 1,000-square-foot water feature in the first phase to free up additional floor space. This allowed them to reconfigure the lobby and surrounding areas for better guest flow and usability.
New Business Center
DDB additionally built a fully operational, state-of-the-art business center to serve both hotel guests and corporate clients. The new facility offers convenient workspace, technology access, and comfortable seating. It meets the growing demand for functional amenities within the hospitality environment. The team completed the project on schedule and finished construction late last week.
Stealth Construction
“In accordance to Remington protocol we instituted an extensive stealth program to insure there was minimal disruption to hotel guests.” said Ed Albanese, owner of DDB Contracting.
