The building, owned by Alfieri Company, underwent a complete office suite renovation and upgrades to the existing offices. Alfieri Company, one of the premiere commercial real estate developers in New Jersey. Since the Alfieri Company was established they have acquired over 6 million square feet of office space, and currently maintain more than 1,000 acres of land throughout the state of New Jersey. The job was completed in 8 weeks.
