DDB Contracting, of Newton NJ, recently completed a renovation for Ambra, a business management consultant corporation located in Teaneck, NJ. The building is owned by the Beekman Estate, a privately- held corporation controlled by the heirs of one the original settlers of New York, Wilhelmus Beekman, who immigrated to the US in the 17th century. Their real- estate consists of mostly commercial properties throughout Manhattan, New Jersey, Connecticut, and West Chester County. The renovation included an extensive construction, with modernization and upgrades to the existing office facilities. The project was completed over the course of 8 weeks.
