DDB Contracting has completed a 250,000 square foot corporate interior and broadcast studio renovation for CNBC‘s Global Headquarters and Studios in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

CNBC, a VERSANT brand, is the recognized global leader in business and financial news, reaching half a billion people every month across all platforms.

Supporting a media operation of that scale meant this broadcast studio renovation had to meet the demands of live broadcast alongside a modern corporate headquarters. The scope included multiple live programming studios, and the team used materials engineered for sound isolation to meet the technical standards live television requires.

The project also delivered a striking main lobby. Custom painted walls and columns anchor the space, and a coordinated floor and ceiling design gives CNBC’s headquarters an entrance that matches the scale and presence of the network itself.

“We’re proud to have delivered a renovation of this scale and complexity for a global media leader like CNBC,” said Edward Albanese, Founder of DDB Contracting. “Building spaces that support live broadcast takes a different level of precision, and we’re grateful CNBC trusted us with a project this important to their operations.”

As DDB Contracting continues to take on large scale corporate and broadcast projects, the CNBC headquarters stands as an example of the kind of work the company takes pride in: delivering complex, high performance spaces without compromising on design or function.
