DDB Contracting has completed a 19,000-square-foot law office renovation for Herrick Feinstein, a prominent corporate law firm, at Gateway Center in Newark, NJ.
The law office renovation involved transforming an entire floor of the occupied high-rise into a polished corporate law office. Working within an active building presented real logistical demands: debris removal, material loading, and construction activity all had to be carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to other tenants, with work scheduled during limited hours to keep the building running smoothly.
