Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort Renovation
DDB Contracting successfully completed the renovation of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa in Eagle County, Colorado.
Outdoor Patio & Dining Pavilion Transformation
The Park Hyatt Resort Renovation transformed 6,000-square-foot transformation of the resort’s exterior patio and outdoor amenities, introducing the new Park Hyatt dining pavilion. This inviting, mountain-inspired space enhances the guest experience year-round.
Structural Steel and Timber Beam Installation
The team completed the 14-week renovation with careful coordination and precise execution within an active, fully occupied resort. Workers installed 6,000 square feet of structural steel and large 8×10 timber beams, including 6,000-pound beams in an operational parking garage. To perform this work safely, they temporarily removed mechanical systems, set up interim services for beam placement, and restored full service, all without disrupting guests or hotel operations.
Navigating Beaver Creek Mountain Commission Regulations
“The greatest challenge of this project was coordinating with the Beaver Creek Mountain Commission and adhering to their strict rules and regulations,” said Eric Albanese, CEO of DDB Contracting. “Our team’s expertise and adaptability allowed us to successfully navigate these requirements while delivering the project on time.”
