DDB Contracting has successfully completed the renovation of Mattress Warehouse’s retail location in Voorhees, NJ.
The 5,000-square-foot renovation transformed the space to meet the specific needs of the new tenant, incorporating enhanced functionality and meeting stringent fire safety requirements.
Over a focused 6-week period, DDB Contracting worked closely with both the building department and the client to ensure the Mattress Warehouse renovation was delivered on time and in full compliance with all regulations.
The project was effectuated for First National Realty Partners (FNRP), a leading private equity firm specializing in commercial real estate investments across the United States.
