DDB Contracting has completed the transformation of the Executive Club Lounge at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, ideally situated in the vibrant heart of downtown Nashville, TN, just steps away from the city’s iconic Honky Tonk Highway in the lively Lower Broadway district.
Over the course of 14 weeks, DDB Contracting transformed three meeting rooms and a pre-function corridor into a sophisticated executive lounge for the Marriott International property. The renovation included the construction of new lounge and meeting spaces, alongside a fully integrated buffet and cooking area equipped with a cold-top refrigeration system. To elevate the space’s architectural character, custom decorative metalwork, featuring intricate panels and screens, was thoughtfully incorporated throughout.
This project was completed for Premier Design to Completion, a Dallas-based, full-service architecture and design firm specializing in interior design, procurement, project management, and corporate engineering, and Remington Hospitality, a nationally recognized hospitality service company with a portfolio of nearly 150 properties and a subsidiary of Ashford Inc. DDB Contracting has proudly partnered with Remington for over a decade, delivering commercial construction and renovation projects nationwide.
