Importantly, that initial model room formed the foundation for the design direction now guiding the remainder of the property. As a result, it ultimately launched the current 5-floor, 300-room renovation. By expanding the model room concept into a full-scale project, DDB applies the same level of detail, quality, and coordination throughout the hotel’s guestroom floors.

Project Timeline
