DDB Contracting has been selected to deliver a design-build mezzanine renovation for Amerlux, a brand of Delta, at their Oakland, New Jersey facility. This project marks DDB’s first collaboration with Amerlux and reflects the company’s continued growth within the corporate construction sector.
The Amerlux Design-Build consists of a 5,000-square-foot renovation to an existing unfinished mezzanine within an active office and warehouse environment. Over a 12-week schedule, DDB will carefully coordinate construction activities to minimize disruption to daily operations.
DDB Contracting is managing the full scope of work, from trade research and vetting, to hiring, coordination, and oversight. Supported by an integrated design team through an architecture partnership, this approach enables streamlined decision-making, enhanced cost control, and efficient project delivery, ensuring alignment from design through construction.
