DDB Contracting, of Newton NJ, has been awarded the renovation of the Staples store located in East Windsor New Jersey and serviced through Advance Realty. Advance Realty is a privately owned company located out of Bridgewater, NJ, specializing in real estate development, investment, and management. In over 20 years of practice, Advance Realty has developed commercial, residential, R&D, industrial, and mixed- use projects of more than 10 million square feet in both urban and suburban markets. The project will include a renovation of the exterior entry façade and further building upgrades. It is scheduled to be completed by the end of May.
The Staples store will continue to run and operate throughout the duration of the renovations. Ed Albanese, owner of DDB, explains the obstacles this poses to the completion of the project. He states, “in completing the job we must maintain strict site protection while allowing customers to access the location 7 days a week. In doing so, extensive site safety is one of our main priorities.” With 28 years of experience, DDB Contracting has built more than 10 million square feet of commercial interior space.
